Come as you are.
Leave a little lighter.
Yoga, for me, begins with listening.
Listening to the quiet rhythm of the breath.
Listening to the body as it moves, softens and slowly releases what it no longer needs.
In this space there is nothing to achieve and nowhere to rush.
We move slowly, mindfully.
We pause.
We notice.
We release.
Sometimes the practice asks for strength.
Sometimes it asks for softeness.
Both strength and softness are welcome here.
Over the time, the breath deepens, the body gently opens, and a quiet calm begins to bloom inside.
This is the practice I hold with care, to move, to notice, and to discover what nourishes you.
WELCOME.
