A little about me...
My name is Elif Yoruk.
I am a mum, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a yogini, a dreamer, and a lifelong learner.
I have been practicing yoga for over twenty years, discovering along the way that its benefits go far beyond the physical, it nourishes the mind, soothes the heart, and invites a quiet balance in daily life.
With a background in Biology, I have always been curious about the body and its wellbeing, and deeply passionate about supporting others. This naturally led me to teaching yoga creating a space where students can soften, raise awareness, and explore the body, the breath, and the mind with a gentle awareness.
My teaching style is calm, nurturing, and attentive. I believe yoga is for everyone.
Regardless of ability, and that the combination of practice and mindfulness can transform lives.,
