Elif has been my Yoga guru for the last year and she is everything and more that one would want from a yoga teacher. She is extremely patient and thoughtful in her asanas. Somehow she knows exactly what your body needs on the day. Her session are a good mixture of meditation, flexing/ warming up shoulders etc and strengthening asanas. Yoga is as must as about mental wellbeing as it is about physical and Elif understands that. Snigdha
