PRIVATE YOGA

As every person who practices yoga is unique, so is every session I teach, and I will be led by what you need from your sessions.

Everyone I work with is so different and we spend time understanding what is needed together before I tailor the session. I offer ongoing support when multiple sessions are booked.

Who I work with,

I have experience in teaching private yoga for all sorts of different people, including:

• Those wishing to take their existing yoga practice further and try some new postures and flow ideas in a private setting

• Those with specific injuries who want to learn new ways to move into different postures before coming back to a public class

• Couples who want to spend a little bit of time relaxing together

• And people who just want to relax and have some time to themselves!

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I also offer 1:1 private yoga sessions to support your pregnancy journey and for personalised postnatal recovery.

​Every pregnancy is unique. As your private yoga teacher, I’ll create a customised yoga practice to fit your specific needs, support your body and mind throughout your pregnancy, get you ready for labour and help you stay connected and at ease.

 

 Private yoga sessions can also be for a small group of friends, which can be a lovely way to celebrate a birthday, a baby shower or other special occasion together.
