What is Chair Yoga?

Chair Yoga is simply yoga from a chair.

It’s gentle, safe, and welcoming, no matter your age or ability.

We move, we breathe, and we notice our bodies, all at your own pace.

It’s yoga without pressure, helping you feel more comfortable, balanced, and calm.


Why Choose Chair Yoga?

I love teaching Chair Yoga because it’s for everyone.

Even if traditional yoga on the floor isn’t comfortable for you, you can still enjoy all the benefits, moving gently, breathing fully, and noticing your body.

In class, we focus on breath and movement, which helps you relax, release tension, and become more aware of your body.

It’s a simple practice that can calm the nervous system, reduce stress, support your immunity, and even help with sleep.
